Credits & Billing

What are dormant fees, business status and report retention?

Dormant account fee. If you do not log in for 60 days, we may email an inactivity warning. After 90 days without login, a monthly £1 dormant account maintenance fee (1 credit) may be deducted on the 1st of each month until you sign in again or your credit balance reaches zero. Log in regularly or use your credits to avoid fees. Movements appear on your Billing page.

Business accounts and £0 balance. Business / agency features stay active while your purchased credit balance is above £0. If that purchased balance reaches £0 — including after dormant fees, report use, or other deductions — business status ends and the account becomes a standard account (branding and team features are turned off). The account itself is not deleted.

Report files after demotion. Active business accounts with a purchased balance above £0 are exempt from automatic report-file removal. Once business status ends (or for standard accounts), PDF and online copies follow the normal rule: kept for 12 months from creation, then removed automatically. A stub history row may remain in your vault and on the billing ledger. You can also delete a report yourself at any time. Catalogue samples and reports with an open support dispute are not auto-removed. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full detail.
