Should I add the extra village, town and city comparison?

Business accounts only. The optional village / town / city comparison is a business feature. It is offered at checkout for business packs (and admin sample generation). Standard accounts always get the local crime map and counts, but cannot add this extra table.

If you have a business account, only tick it when the property is on a residential street, in a suburb, a village, or a quieter part of town. The table compares that neighbourhood with a fixed set of villages, towns and cities so a buyer gets a rough sense of scale.

Leave it off for city-centre flats, high streets and other very built-up pins. Those areas often look busier than a typical house, which can worry a buyer even when the home itself is fine. The local crime map still appears either way.
