Is this a Homebuyer Report or a commercial property report?

Homebuyer Report is built for residential properties. The datasets we use — sold prices, domestic EPCs, street-level crime, flood risk, council tax and typical running costs — are centred on homes buyers and agents deal with day to day.

If you order a report for a commercial address (shops, offices, industrial units, mixed-use or investment stock), you may still receive useful open-data context, but coverage is often thinner: commercial sales and energy certificates sit on different registers, council tax may not apply, and some residential fields will simply be blank or limited.

For a full commercial due-diligence pack you should instruct specialist commercial agents, surveyors and legal advisers. We are happy to generate a report for any UK address you select — just treat sparse sections on commercial stock as a limitation of the public residential data, not a fault of your order.
