Which data sources power the report?

Reports compile publicly available sources including HM Land Registry Price Paid, Energy Performance of Buildings data, Historic England listed buildings, Environment Agency flood monitoring and Flood Map for Planning / historic landfill, Coal Authority mining referral areas, Police.uk street-level crime, DfE / Ofsted school data, DfT NaPTAN transport stops, Geolytix retail points (CC BY 4.0), and council tax band estimates — each attributed under OGL v3.0 where applicable.
